Adam Jagosz

Ahoy! ⛵️

I’m a software engineer with 8+ years of experience and a strong background in typography and type design. Since 2021, I’ve been investing most of my daytime energy with a leading company in the video editing industry — building the front end of their online store, a customer-facing app, and various internal tools, including Electron.js apps. The company’s design-driven nature and demand for rich visuals has given me countless opportunities to grow.

As a perfectionist, I dive deep into performance optimization, image and video compression, or manual SVG refinement. Due to my love for the written word, I have a serious, consistent approach to typesetting and refining copy.

I also take on freelance web development projects — feel free to get in touch!

In 2023 Google Fonts released my typeface Tektur.

Find free fonts

Once upon an afternoon, I embarked on my own spin of “Google Fonts tagged” trope, since the various, limited iterations of the filtering on the original site have long disagreed with me. Use the search below to find the perfect freeware typeface for your project! All errors in the tagging are mine.

Find words

As soon as I started drawing fonts, I started spending increasing amounts of time finding the perfect words to showcase my typefaces. Ever gone the rabbit hole of searching for a word of specific length containing specific letters? You’re welcome.
